Author and herbalist Caroline Parker will lead an interactive discussion and demonstration of two summer recipes from her book The Medicinal Garden: Spiced Elderberry Syrup and Summer Berry Ice Cream with Anise Hyssop. Participants will have the chance to taste the dishes, as well as take home a syrup ingredient pack and recipe card.
