With traditional publishing an increasingly closed shop, there is ample room for DIY small presses and self publishing. In this workshop, three hands-on micro publishers - Pink Shorts Press, Kids' Own Publishing and The Suburban Review - provide tips for self publishing, starting a press or simple book making, focusing on production, editing, design and distribution.
